Licensure data
The directory import process uses Tennessee Health Facilities Commission quarterly bed reports. A listing is counted as licensed on this site only when its database record contains a license number.
Nursing-home ratings
Nursing-home quality ratings come from CMS Care Compare and are displayed only for records that contain matched CMS data.
Confirm current details
Provider details can change. Confirm licensing, pricing, amenities, services, and availability directly with the provider and public source.
