    How we help

A practical process, not just a list of names

Harmony Senior Connect combines an East Tennessee directory with a structured way to compare options and prepare for provider conversations.

    1. Understanding what your family needs

We ask about location, care needs, safety concerns, timing, and budget. We use those answers to narrow the directory to relevant care types and communities. We do not make medical or financial decisions for you.

    2. Preparing to tour communities

We help identify communities to contact and provide questions to ask about staffing, services, availability, and licensing. Tour dates and admission decisions are confirmed directly with each community.

    3. Real pricing and what is included

We separate base monthly pricing from care-level charges and one-time community fees when those fields are available. Because pricing changes, every amount must be confirmed in writing with the provider.

    4. Move-in and transition

We can help families organize the questions, documents, and provider contacts involved in a move. The accepting community and the family remain responsible for clinical assessments, contracts, payment, and move-in arrangements.

    5. Checking in afterward

Families can contact Harmony Senior Connect after a decision with questions about directory information or next steps. We do not promise clinical case management or ongoing medical oversight.

    A directory alone

A list gives you names and phone numbers. You still decide what care type fits, which questions matter, and how to compare answers.

    Directory plus decision support

We organize the decision into needs, provider questions, costs, timing, and documented next steps—without claiming to replace licensed professionals.
