Harmony Senior Connect ("we," "us," or "our") operates harmonyseniors.com and provides free senior care advisory services to East Tennessee families. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with — including our affiliated businesses — and what rights you have. We collect information you provide directly when you fill out a contact form, call our advisors, or submit a question or lead inquiry:

Information about the person who needs care — their age, health situation, care needs, and preferences

How We Share Your Information

With senior living communities you're interested in. When you ask us to arrange a tour or inquiry at a specific community, we share your contact information and relevant care details with that community. This is the core service we provide.

With Harmony at Home (our affiliated home care agency). Harmony at Home is an in-home care agency owned by the same family that operates Harmony Senior Connect. If, during our conversations with you, it becomes apparent that in-home care may be a better fit than a residential community, we may share your contact information and care situation with Harmony at Home so they can follow up with you directly. We will always tell you when we're making this referral. You can ask us not to. We benefit financially from referrals to Harmony at Home — read the full disclosure.

With other senior living communities in our network. If the community you first inquire about doesn't have availability or isn't the right fit, we may share your information with other partner communities as part of our matching process. We will only do this as part of our direct advisory work with you — not to generate cold outreach you haven't consented to.

We do not sell your information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to data brokers, advertisers, or unaffiliated third parties. We do not share your information with any senior care provider outside of the advisory process described above without your knowledge.

Service Providers

We use third-party service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements: our email and CRM platform, our web hosting provider, and analytics services (Google Analytics). These providers may not use your data for their own marketing purposes.

Your Rights
